The story wasn’t awful, generic post apocalyptic formula. Bad men want whats you gots blah, blah, blah etc,,At least the main protagonist didn’t have a fully loaded kit, infinite amount of munitions, and mad ninja skills. Author is obviously a humongous chauvinist though, I really despise it when a writer’s ignorance bleeds into their work. My biggest criticism of this Audio Book is, once again, God awful narration. The narrator’s depiction of children’s voices is absolutely dreadful,to the point where it nearly ruins the story. For me, good narration makes or breaks the deal. This one barely scraped by.
