Thanks for the up. I rather enjoyed the first book and don’t understand why people complain about a “first book buildup” as that is what this book is.. It’s a character building story setup book and had he not written it this way people would complain about how there’s no depth to the characters.. Also I’ve read a couple people complaining about the family being strong in their religious beliefs or how the book seems to lean towards the political right.. I call that character building because the author is writing the story through the eyes of the character that he has created so your damned if you do yada yada yada.. I enjoyed the setup of the first book enough that I listened to it in less than a day and a half and moved directly to the second book and don’t have that same story burnout you can get from binge listening.. Good book that seems to be building.. It kinda reminds me of A. american’s Survivalist series which I enjoyed immensely..

First let me say, that I am NOT a Trump hater, nor am u one of the “Trump can do no wrong” supporters. I am, in fact, somewhere in the middle, he has done some good, but has also blundered quite a lot of things. So with that being said, i’m not sure if Sauser’s comments are meant as sarcasm or not. I hope it IS sarcasm, because if not, this comment just adds fuel to the fire regarding the intelligence of Trump’s supporters.
