@Opaloka Which part is more horrific in this fictional work, the blending or the drinking? Women are already pseudo blending 125,000 babies a day in real life.

Anyone of a certain age instantly saw the series of “Truly Tasteless Jokes” books , especially the babies in a blender section in their head at this title.
I have to imagine those 80’s classics inspired this.
I’m in I’ll give it a spin…or a chop or puree we will see.

Apart from the money, the fame and the “up yours” satisfaction? Personally, I don’t know which I find most disturbing. The Author, or the Cover Artist. Even if the book was a cozy. The cover would sell the book.
The author has taken two of the horrors in life. A screaming baby and a screaming blender. He just needs to add the third a screaming wife and he has a winner. lol
As to, is it too bad to upload? Well, it’s definitely not as sick and repulsive as an autobiography or photo of Donald Trump.

I apologise if I have offended anyone or caused them extreme trauma. I realise that suggesting there is a Trump autobiography has mentally scared a lot of people and resulted in unnecessary anguish.

I think you just hit upon another great horror book idea. Needs a blender and a few naked chicks with little squalling babies (or kittens) in it, but the idea is sound.

Maybe we should apply your “just don’t look at it” philosophy to the whole of society.
Don’t like pëdophilia? Let people create it and write stories about it, but just don’t look at it yourself.
Don’t like terrorism? Well just switch off the news.
Plenty of laws already exist to prevent people glorifying things we find disgusting: inciting terrorism, encouraging school shootings, fantasizing about sex with minors. I didn’t propose anything like that, I just expressed disgust at people who enjoy infanticide stories, just like people who enjoy pedo content. These aren’t people exercising any creative thought, they are enjoying violent fantasies.

Keep posting weird S@#t. I find it amusing that this book is actually pretty tame so far (90 mins in) compared to a lot of the authors other works. Much less disturbing that 24/7 news.
I’m getting some odd feedback when listening to the book on my phone. I tried 3 different audio players. I’m gonna put it on my server at some point and see if its sounds funky on there. Anyways just thought I’m mention it since most comments have nothing to actually do with the book.

Oh dear! Like yesser says, I bet you ASSUME it’s bad. What’s wrong with a book that is about a man protecting his family and his new-born daughter?
The Idea that the protagonists are evil/mad?
How about a “make believe” story of a man cutting someone’s face off and driving across America. Oh damn, That’s a true Story.
How about a group of cannibals in the 70’s cutting up their victims with chain saws. Oh damn, that one is true too.
Books inciting a crime are banned on this site. You say there are “plenty” of laws regarding content/. Then this book obviously passes those criteria, no publishing house is without a legal department.
Are you insulting the readers or the authors. AND What “dragged you” onto this page. Where you forced? Or where you interested in the book? Or just wanting to rant and insult members?
I don’t criticise the bible, as it’s a book of fiction I’ve never read. Maybe you should read the book: THEN criticise the content/author. Instead of using your brain power to guess the contents.
IMO Saw is disgusting, so is Hostel. I watched both but only the first ones and chose not to watch the rest. I think they are sick. Night of the Living dead is about cannibalism and incest, yet I enjoyed the film. Zombies Rule.
So yeah! We should apply your “just don’t look at it” philosophy. It works for me. Do I think we should turn our backs on terrorism. America does. It allows terrorists to bomb other countries wearing USA uniforms. Remember your troops are a terrorist to a Syrian, Iraqi, Iranian, etc., They come into a country against the law and kill innocent civilians.

I have a uterus :) I also see the damage that the A word has on women in later life as I’m a licenced therapist with 18 years prior to this as a gynecologist. My specific specialism in female PTSD and post-operative recovery. Primarily complete hysterectomy but also ovarian, breast and uterus partial/complete excision. Sometimes related to cancers etc. but also car accidents, work injuries, sports injuries and various other traumatic events.
Working in the field I do… my homour has to be dark. It comes with the territory to be honest. Having listened to this… it’s an interesting take on the concepts of various social factors; abo as a form of contraception being just one of them. Although… it isn’t necessarily a great listen for different reasons mostly related to writing. I’d also say that having said uterus doesn’t provide me with a unique incite into female biology or social issues… many of my colleagues, some of the best, are men. I know right! Shocking! ;)

An incite into homour, not into spelling though. Call me crazy but I expect better from my surgical gynecologists. Especially those who are licenced therapists.
This is kind of a crappy book, not too outrageous as splatterpunk goes but you can’t beat a baby in a blender premise.
No idea why AlienAudiophile is pretending to be Dr Quinn medicine woman though. In future young man if you are calling women females but calling men men then your incel has slipped and we can all see it.
