Love the detail on this. You can tell that the author has trained, or served. The guy is no flake. Describes things as they are, or as they should be. Not just generic nonsense but he actually breaks down objectives into steps. Reminding his team what to do. Its an excellent body of work. Really enjoyable with a relatable story to boot.
