For Goldrush I’ve sifted through each file and losslessly edited out the adverts. Chapter 1 has slightly lower audio volume than the rest, the source file I used came like that. It sounds clean and crisp though.
I deleted the previous upload as while there’s nothing wrong with the audio quality they’re older rips that had been split into chapters. I’ve also added Lockdown & Goldrush to this upload.
I tracked down all the individual chapter artworks in high quality and added them to the torrent (in the artwork folder).

Lockdown:
“Life on the inside” takes on a whole new meaning. A riot has broken out at Twin Towers Jail. Boundaries of trust are pushed to the limit, as the survivors must learn to work together if they have any hope of escaping the horde of infected and the deadly secret that lies within Twin Tower’s walls.
We’re Alive: Lockdown serves as both a standalone and continuation of the We’re Alive: A Story of Survival series. It answers questions, asks new ones, and keeps the listener guessing right up until the bitter end.
What is “audio theater for the mind?” Think of it as a type of show that you can play in your head, guided by the narrative but carried by your imagination. Unlike film or television, an audio drama has the power to strike a deeper emotional connection with the audience.
Goldrush:
Set 17 years after the main events of WE’RE ALIVE, GOLDRUSH is a recollection story that describes the efforts of the “soldiers” (Greg Muldoon, Anthony Robbins, Carl Thomas, and Samuel Puck) as they attempt a side mission to retrieve a suspected stash of gold bullion. As an aging General Puck confides this previously undisclosed tale to Alex Robbins, the son of his former teammate and friend, Anthony Robbins. Over the course of ten Chapters, Goldrush will not only relate past tales of heroics, horror, and humor, but also sets the stage for future events and characters.
In Goldrush, fans will truly get to know these well-beloved characters on a much more emotionally satisfying level. Their humor and unique group dynamic certainly remains intact, and modeled after old Spaghetti Westerns, as the story takes directions the series has not yet explored.

Guys, this is hands down the best audiobook series I’ve ever listen to. the plot is awesome, characters are really unique and very well developped, the voices are just great and the ambient sounds are insanely realistic. that is exactly what you’d hear if you were with them living the nightmare. this is more acting than just reading a script in my opinion
