Note that tracks 1-10 are .flac files, not .mp3. Just rename the suffix and optionally do your own conversion.
As the remaining mp3 files are encoded 44kHz 256kbps, not a quality issue either if you compress the whole thing down to a uniform file format & bitrate of your choice.
