Cowardly terrorist? Could he be more cliché?
Cowardly terrorist as opposed to the brave US airmen who fire bombed Dresden, Tokyo and dropped the first atomic bombs on the civilian cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki from….what? 20 30 thousand feet. That is American bravery.
It’s only cowardly when brown people do it.
If I had this book in paperback I would use it to light camp fires or as emergency butt wipe.

America has a 3rd world infant mortality rate and their life expectancy is 5 years less that all the other wealthy western nations. I guess preaching American exceptionalism and moral finger wagging can only be done in fiction now. More denial. America was never exceptional, but she was lucky to be sitting on all that oil. Just Imagine if Nazi Germany has all that oil under their ground - westerners would all be 4th generation Goose steppers.
